Do You Buy Organic Products?
Hello – I am considering opening an organic beauty and cosmetics distributorship. It is similar to an Avon business, however, the products are USDA certified organic. The products and company are GREAT – offer skincare, cosmetics, household. However, the only concern is that the price points are higher than drugstore type products. The lipsticks are about $20, skincare basic package about $100. However, given the current market and concerns of “green” living in our country, I wonder if there is a market for the right consumer. Can you help me do some consumer buying research by giving me your opinion!

I don’t personally, because I did a research paper that disproved the whole organic being so much better for you thing. However I probably would buy organic beauty products if they were available. I also know many other people into the organic thing, so I think that you could make a good business. I really think you willl do well because it seems as though you are doing your home work! I like organic products, but I find them to be more expensive. With a weakening economy, I’m not so sure that they would sell well. I have cut back on what i buy in order to save money.
