The first ever War within the solar community and industry moved to US where certain local manufacturers lead by SolarWorld USA officially announced intention to file anti-dumping and countervailing duty petitions with the US International Trade Commission and the US Department of Commerce against foreign solar manufacturers. This topic “burned” everybody here at SPI (Solar Power International 2011) in Dallas that is why we devote the whole Weekly News to this important issue and the definition of “fair competition” by giving a floor to parties involved and impacted by the solar war.
