Green Cleaning Products

Author: Minette Darden Article Source: MiNeeds.com, where consumers get competitive bids from Cleaners. Read reviews, compare offers & save. It?s free! Article Link: http://www.mineeds.com/Norristown/J-M-Immaculate-Touch-Cleaning-Service/Articles/Green-Cleaning-Products Tags: Green ,cleaners , house cleaning , cleaning products When most people think of cleaning products they think of products that are more expensive, and products that don’t work as good as what they’re used to using. Not true. I have started using “green” cleaning products in all my clients homes and I will never go back. Not only is it good for the environment but they give you a piece of mind that you’re not using harsh chemicals. You know it’s okay for your baby to crawl on the floor and stick their fingers in their mouth(which we all know babies are going to do regardless) and they won’t get sick from harsh chemicals. I personally would recommend Clorox green products. They work just as good as the original but without the harsh chemical, fumes and strong smell. They have a pleasant scent and I often get compliments on the smell of clients homes when they come in after we’ve been there and used these cleaning products on their home. The prices on these products are pretty close to the original harsh ones. Alot of people don’t realize that their local Dollar General and other discount stores actually carry the name brand green cleaners. Lowes is another good place to get these products cheaper. Not only are these products less offensive but they clean just as good, if not better. So don’t be afraid! Try the green products! I gaurantee you won’t be sorry. Was the Article Useful? “green” Products Just A Ploy To Raise Prices?

by admin in Green Energy

I’ve noticed some new main stream “green” products stating they are made from recycled materials (some new Scott paper products and Renolds foil). But if you read the fine print on “regular” paper products you will note that many, if not all, state they are made with X% of post consumer product. So is this a way for companies to raise the prices and increase their profits without really having to do much more than they already are? This is my perception anyway. I am an avid recycler but I don’t pay more for these products because I think it’s a gimmick. Thoughts?

Why Do You Buy “green” Products?

by admin in Green Energy

I’m doing a paper for a class and the topic I’ve picked is “marketing natural products to green consumers”. I need some ideas other than my own. What catches your eye? Are there particular brands you trust? Or don’t trust? Do you take packaging into consideration? Or distribution distance? Do you look into companies or trust word of mouth/the package/advertising? Really, any thoughts on Green products (other than a debate whether or not to use them-it’s irrelevant to me) would be helpful. Oh, and by “products” here, I’m talking about little things like natural shampoo, eco-friendly dishwashing soap, recycled paper, etc. Just regular household products that you’ve replaced with environmentally friendly alternatives. Thanks!

Are There Any Buying Co-ops In Denver For Organic Food, Green Products Etc?

by admin in Green Energy

I know there’s a Co-Op in Boulder, but I would burn a lot of gas driving up there. I want to be a “greener’ consumer, but the retail store prices for these goods are very high. Even a club that meets informally that focuses on the “green economy” would be of interest, thanks!
